Following a brief career in stage management, Jessica started a new career in catering and hospitality.

After working in a busy kitchen in Shropshire, she continued to develop and hone her skills in various establishments around Britain, culminating in a Catering Manager position.

A developing interest in bread and pastry led Jessica to work in the confectionery department of a high class independent baker and confectioner in North Yorkshire. The opportunity enabled her to build on her skills and knowledge in this area.

Jessica joined The Cooking School in February 2009 and welcomes the opportunity to pass on and share skills assisting customers to develop a thorough understanding of cooking, ingredients, and good food choices.
