Booking Information

You can choose from our range and series of courses to suit all culinary tastes.
Whether you are a novice or a more experienced cook, our expert and individual tuition ensures that all courses (unless stated in the course description) are suitable for every level of culinary ability.

All courses are available for a maximum of 20 people. Because of the popularity of courses it is advisable to book your place as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Cost

This cost of the course is inclusive of VAT and also includes refreshments and lunch, a recipe pack, best quality locally sourced ingredients and containers in which to take your cooked dishes home.

Course registration, including refreshments is usually from 9.00am. Tuition starts (unless otherwise stated) at 9.30am prompt. Courses finish at 3.30pm - 4.00pm.

Booking a Course

Courses can be booked and paid for online or, if you prefer, by telephoning our team on 01422 383192.

Full payment must be made at the time of the booking.

When you make your booking please make sure you let us know if you have any food intolerances, allergies or dietary requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you on a suitable course and endeavour to amend lunch on the day.

Many ingredients use nuts or nut derivatives. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to nuts in The Cooking School. We are sorry, but we cannot change the course content to suit all individual preferences and tastes.

We reserve the right to change or modify course ingredients due to availability and seasonality.

The Cooking School has a wheelchair accessible workstation. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Parking

All parking at the Dean Clough site is Pay and Display. On arrival, please make for F Mill Car Park, which is accessed from Gate 1 or Gate 9. This Pay and Display car park costs £4.00 per day Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you may park on the tiered car park situated before Gate 1 on your right hand side. This car park is closest to the main entrance but it is a premium rate car park and costs £10.50 per day Monday to Friday. Parking is free at weekends.

Please remember you will need to bring sufficient loose change with you for the Pay and Display machine for the whole day.

Office Hours

Our office hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Outside office hours you can leave a message on the answer phone, and we will return your call as soon as possible on the next day. We are closed on Bank Holidays.
