The Cooking School runs the Focus on Food Campaign’s Teaching Academy which is dedicated to providing professional development courses for the following groups:

•    Teachers and trainee teachers.
•    Nutritionists, dieticians and health workers.
•    Professional or aspiring chefs.
•   Catering staff in schools, public houses, hospitals, residential homes, children’s       nurseries, staff canteens.

Most of the Teaching Academy courses are bespoke and developed in partnership with various professional groups, teacher training establishments, schools, health organizations and charities.  Whole-day courses, evenings or multiple day courses can be organized to support the needs and requirements of individual organizations.
