Whether it is a corporate day for clients, a thank you to staff or a team building exercise, The Cooking School can design the perfect bespoke course for you and your guests.

You will enjoy the very best cooking facilities in the UK, no hidden extras, just a fantastic day where you get to cook and, literally, enjoy the fruits of your labour over lunch or dinner. We also have state-of-the-art meeting rooms where you can work or hold conferences, seamlessly mixing business with pleasure as you move from the clip board to the chopping board over the course of the day.

As previously mentioned, all our corporate courses are bespoke, being created to meet clients’ special requirements and objectives.  However, the two examples which follow will give you a flavour of what can be offered.  Both are one day examples which concentrated on team work, bonding and team building skills, time management and quality control.

Cook and Dine

A full day of hands-on cooking and learning new culinary skills to make a range of delicious dishes to eat over lunch.  Work in teams developing individual life skills, relax over lunch with colleagues or clients and taste the fruits of the group’s labours.  Cook again in the afternoon and take home all the recipes, the items cooked and a stylish Cooking School apron.  Amaze friends with new knowledge and skills.

Devil's Kitchen

Based on the television series, this is a team building and development day with a difference.  Teams cook against the clock and compete with one another to make the perfect meal.  Each team’s meal is tasted, tested and the quality assessed by colleagues and the Cooking School team and forms the basis for a sumptuous buffet style meal.

Cook with a Celebrity

The Cooking School has many famous friends.  A very special day can be arranged for your colleagues or clients to cook along with, for example, Gary Rhodes, Lesley Waters, Gino D’Acampo, James Martin and many others.
