From the wild hill farms to the rolling Yorkshire Dales, from our rocky east coast to our urban centres, we are surrounded by wonderful regional ingredients. To that end we offer a series of courses that celebrate the best of Yorkshire produce and traditions by way of a three course dinner party that will set you up for fuss-free entertaining. Our expert tutors will guide you through the perils and pitfalls of classy, regional entertaining while passing on tips that will leave you feeling calm, collected and in complete control…. No sweat! The course includes lunch and demonstrations as well as hands on cooking.
