If cooking is in the soul of Italians, pasta is in their hearts! Gip will demonstrate and pass on some of the knowledge passed down the generations of his family to enable you to understand and cook pasta in true Italian style
Confirmed dishes include:
- TORTELLONI – these stuffed parcels are filled with ricotta and spinach and served with Zia Pina’s pork ragu Salernitana.
- FETTUCINE CON FUNGHI TRIFOLATI AL TARTUFO – a simple and sophisticated dish with truffled mushrooms
- LINGUINE DEL PESCATORE – The Amalfi coast on a plate; linguine with shellfish.
Timing: 9.30am-3.30pm
Meal: Lunch included
