We are proud to be hosting a sensational Taste and Demo evening with the restaurant’s new Head Chef Dan Birk. He will guide food fans through the Box Tree’s modern French classical menu and explain some of the secrets, techniques and exquisite good taste behind the restaurant’s Michelin star success.
Alongside Dan will be expert sommelier Didier De Costa with a tasting guide through his extensive wine cellar. Business owner Rena Gueller will be on hand to answer any questions about the tough world of owning a top restaurant and the pressures of earning and retaining (for 8 years) a coveted Michelin star.
