Returning to The Cooking School for a flamboyant day of cooking, Rosemary Shrager will be showing you how to use regional produce to make inspirational recipes.

Rosemary is passionate about food and she teaches with an infectious enthusiasm that will be sure to inspire you on this very special course.  Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

June's Masterclass will be perfect for those with a sweet tooth, including practical and demonstration cooking of Lemon Tart, Italian Meringue and Choux Pastry as well as Cherry and Frangipane Tart.
