On this course you will be preparing a hearty Tuscan Bean Soup served with home-style Ciabatta followed by Classic Lasagne, Pan-fried Sea Bass accompanied by Pea and Pancetta Risotto and Rocket Dressing. Dessert is a silky-textured Vanilla Panna Cotta served with luscious Pear Jam.

You will prepare Mini Meatballs from an old family recipe served on fresh homemade Linguini and dressed with delicious Tomato and Basil Sauce, Mozzarella Stuffed Red Peppers finished with crispy ham and Focaccia bread made with fresh rosemary. To finish, a traditional Venetian Tiramisu is given a new taste of the South with the addition of Limoncello liqueur from the sun-drenched Amalfi coast.

You will make a Mozzarella Caprese Salad; Creamy Pea and Asparagus Risotto; Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli with fresh pasta; classic Focaccia bread and a dreamy Lemon Polenta Cake with Limoncello Cream. Please note this course is not vegan.

You will create Four-cheese Ravioli with fresh homemade pasta, Cannellini Bean and Rocket Salad with Parmesan and Lemon Dressing. This will be followed by a rustic-style Lamb Stew with robust flavours of rosemary and olives. And finally, Ricotta and Marsala Tart using the finest Italian Ricotta, lemon, Marsala wine and plump sultanas.
