On this course you will be baking a Victoria Sandwich, Classic Cupcakes, individual Pineapple Upside-down Cakes, Petticoat Tail Shortbread and Yorkshire Rascals - all complete with a demonstration of how to make the perfect 'gooey' Flapjack.
