The Cooking School's Principal Chef Tutor's expertise and first hand experience of cooking in China has produced a mix of contemporary and traditional flavours and influences in our Chinese courses.
You will learn to prepare a wonderful array of versatile ingredients that will give you a new culinary repertoire of Oriental recipes to enjoy with family and friends. There are 3 courses to choose from.

Prepare to conjure up the popular classic, Crunchy Prawn Toast starter with Dim Sum. You will learn how to make our Twice-cooked Pork with Black Bean Sauce, Woked Spring Onions and Braised Fish, Egg Fried Rice and Wilted Greens. Dessert is a delicious Jienduy, a deep fried puffy sweetmeat.

On this course you will prepare mouth-watering Crispy Duck complete with Chilli Pancakes and Hoisin Dressing.You will be taught the skills of making Pot Sticker Dumplings with Black Vinegar, Woked Greens and Ginger and a light Mandarin Orange Layer Dessert.
