These courses are designed to help you prepare low fuss family meals using simple but tasty ingredients.  Most dishes can be prepared in advance and are ideal for children as well as discerning parents.

Create an inspirational Trio of Soups, a chunky Beef Chilli and Rice strewn with coriander, sour cream and chillies.  Salmon Skewers are served with a courgette and apple salad, drizzled in a Lime and yoghurt dressing.  The finale is a beautiful White Chocolate Cream Heaven and Fruit Sauce.

An extra special Thai chicken and Coconut Soup, a Ragoût of Fish in white wine sauce served with Fleurons (puff pastry shapes); Pan-Seared Lamb steak on a bed of Moroccan-style Chickpea Purée with Pine Nut Dressing and Yoghurt.  Pudding is a scented Poached Meringue with vanilla custard and lemon curd.
