These fabulous healthy dishes will keep hunger pangs and temptation at bay. There is no quick fix to a healthier life style but we will provide you with the skills to prepare new meals for a new you. You will learn the cooking methods, skills and techniques needed to transform your approach to cooking and eating. Come and learn the essential culinary tips to a healthier diet.

On this course you will prepare a seasonal (fat-free) Vegetable Soup, Caramelized Baked Chicken Breast, Lightly Roasted Onion, Steamed Seasonal Greens, Cashew and Sesame Stir Fry followed by Fresh Fruit Filo Triangles.
Time permitting you will also see bonus demonstrations on how to make Poached Smoked Haddock, Salmon Skewers and Roasted Vegetable Couscous.
