You will make three kinds of pastry. Create a Creamy Goat's Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper Tart, Glazed Fruit Tartlets with Crème Patissiere and Cream-filled Chocolate Profiteroles. There will also be a demonstration of Aigrettes and Dauphine Potatoes.
