If you want to know how to produce puddings to astound then we will make sure you have the "wow factor" when it comes to desserts.
We will ensure that you will get a passion for puddings! The end results will take your breath away. But watch out! - Friends will be queuing up for an invite when they see the fantastic creations you produce at the end of this course.

A zingy Lemon Posset served with Tuiles; The Cooking School's own fruit Mille Feuille; Chocolate Gâteaux with Cherries and Kirsch completed with a demonstration of a Baked Alaska, Festive Pavlova and Pithivier.
Please note - desserts do not keep for long so you may want to assemble some friends at home on the night of the course to eat these up - we don't envisage you will have a shortage of volunteers!
