You don't have to be a vegetarian to come on these courses as they will open a whole new world of possibilities to cook adventurous, delicious dishes.

We will show you innovative ways to prepare fresh ingredients to make the ultimate vegetarian centre piece of any dinner table.

With our help, you will discover the delights of vegetarian cooking to make a meal to remember where flavours and textures work twice as hard to impress family and friends.

You will create Spring Vegetable Broth with Pistou and Herb Flatbread; Red Dragon Ragoût; feather-light Lemon Dumplings and for pudding Coconut Rice with Pistachio and Pomegranate seeds.  This course is vegan.

Kitcheri, a spiced vegetable dish made of rice and lentils; a Cauliflower and Potato Curry accompanied by Spiced Nut Cakes; Potato and Tomato Curry; a Cucumber Raita and refreshing Kutchubar, Stuffed Paratha and Mango Rani, a luscious Indian-style Queen of desserts follows.

You will make a Mozzarella Caprese Salad; Creamy Pea and Asparagus Risotto; Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli with fresh pasta; classic Focaccia bread and a dreamy Lemon Polenta Cake with Limoncello Cream. Please note - this course is not vegan.
