Learn how to make a moreish Bloomer or Plait Loaf, White Dinner rolls with flavour variations, Cornbread Muffins, Butternut Basil Bread and, as a special treat, The Cooking School's Chocolate Ruffles (made with enriched dough). To conclude there will be demonstrations of how to make Paratha and Italian Flatbread.
