  • Our new courses for 2012 will be confirmed very soon and we have a packed schedule with some fantastic cooking sessions lined up. From artisan bread, through to the ultimate breakfast, Valentine's feasting and icing the perfect cupcakes; there's something for everyone. We know everyone is chomping at the bit to get cooking in 2012 so we have released a taster of a few of our most popular courses that can be booked now. Go to our course list for more details.

KIDS & TEENS COOKING COURSES

  • Give your children a head start with invaluable cooking skills for life. The Cooking School is happy to announce its October half-term and Christmas holiday kids and teens cooking courses. EDIBLE ART OPEN DAY


Riding Around on a Cooking Spoon - David Hockney

  • Enjoy art in a whole new way this month as part of a Joint Open Day with the Dean Clough Galleries on Saturday 22 October 2011 from 12.00 noon - 3.00pm. Enjoy the demonstrations and tastings of Edible Art and the latest news on our cooking courses.

    Talented new chef Jason Main will be creating intricate, mouthwatering masterpieces from sugar and chocolate and there's a tribute to David Hockney's Grimm Fairy Tale etchings which feature in the new exhibition… more art you can eat with a recreation of Dean Clough Mill made of gingerbread!

    It might be Grimm Up North but at the Cooking School everything is edible! This is a free event suitable for all the family just turn up between 12.00 noon and 3.00pm.

COOKING UP CHRISTMAS

  • We've got Christmas in the bag at The Cooking School - from the perfect present; a Cooking School Gift Voucher to our fantastic courses running for Christmas preparation we will ensure you have everything you need for a fabulous festive season! Be Ready for Christmas on Saturday 12th November 2011 will make sure you have everything you need all made in advance to ensure a delicious and stress-free Christmas and Christmas Entertaining on Friday 25th November 2011 and will help you make sure your guests feel really spoilt during the festive season.

    The Cooking School could also provide the perfect venue for your business Christmas party or staff meal. SECRETS OF PRASHAD 2011 AND 2012
