History:As the newest member of The Cooking School team Jason brings over 20 years of experience to his role of Assistant Chef Tutor. Former Head Chef of Ripley Castle, Jason has kept his career Yorkshire based but his talents have also taken him to Norway and most recently Singapore where he opened two high profile restaurants in the first Casino in the largest resort in Asia. It was here that he cooked for the Sultan of Brunei, just one of the famous clients Jason has catered for. His passion for food knowledge and expertise in Patisserie has also taken him in to teaching and he spent 5 years teaching at Leeds City College where, he developed and taught courses and ran a Junior Chef Academy teaching young people of all ages. This professional and teaching experience makes Jason perfectly placed to assist Matthew in The Cooking School. |
