HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!

We will be 3 years old on 21 January. As part of the birthday celebrations, we are having an open day to welcoming guests to sample cooking demonstrations and birthday cake as well as welcoming BBC Look North's Christa Ackroyd to host a Brilliant Breakfast course.
Saturday 21 January will see the school opening its doors to anyone who would like to drop in between 10.30am and 1.30pm. Gip Dammone, Proprietor of Salvo's Restaurant in Leeds who are running Pasta Masters a course in 2012 with The Cooking School, will be demonstrating some fantastic Italian dishes. Visitors will be able to save 10% on all courses booked for 2012 on the day and be the first to hear about new courses.
Allison Whitmarsh, of Proper Maid in Huddersfield will be creating a fantastic masterpiece birthday cake, following her recent success with the Christmas Dinner cake made for Weeton's of Harrogate. We will also have the fantastic Little Valley Brewery here with samples of their beers!
Then to continue the celebrations; on the Sunday, BBC Look North's Christa Ackroyd will be joining Executive Head Chef Matthew Benson-Smith for a Briliiant Breakfast course. The course is perfect for anyone who loves breakfast and will have tons of tips and hints, as well as a delicious meal included in the price. Menu ideas will include seasonal ingredients and teach professional presentation with and guests who are quick to snap up a place on this session.
